Fully Adjustable and Comes With Stainless Steel Hardware. This was original designed for the Dodge Challenger, Hower, the Crysler 300 and 300C are Built on the Same chassis and fits the same. This will fit 3.5 and 6.1s with no problems. 5.7's will require removal of the engine cover,
