Items are Normally shipped out the next business day on all orders, Special Orders and Custome made Items Will be shipped as soon as Promised and time frames will be discussed at the time the order is Placed.
My normal shipping Company is UPS but on small orders I reserve the right to use USPS.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes must be done using USPS.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns & Warranties. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
California Classics & Collectibles Inc. accepts returns on returnable items up to 14 days after sale of item. Simply contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return your item in new and resalable condition in original packaging. A Copy of the Original invoice must be included.
We will issue a refund within 14 business days in the original payment method!
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is received damaged or incomplete upon receipt you must contact California Classics & Collectibles Inc. within 72 hours of receipt at sales@Calclassics.biz .
Items damaged in shipping will be claimed through the shipping company and are subject to the policies of the shipping company's claims.
California Classics & Collectibles Inc. will facilitate manufacturer's defects directly through the manufacturer. Defects are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies.
Not Wanted or Not Needed Parts.
Most items can be returned. Sale Items and special Order items excluded.
To check if your item can be returned please contact us for an RMA. You can also review our non-returnable item listed below for items that can not be returned. Shipping on returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
No Special Ordered or Sale Items can be returned without prior approval at the time of the order being placed, the reason for this is custom or specially ordered items usually can not be returned to my suppliers.
Signs and Collectibles
All Sales on Signs and Collectible Items are Final and Non- Returnable.
HOW DO I GET AN RMA?
RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is REQUIRED for any returns. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@calclassics.com for an RMA number.
All items returned without RMA will be refused and California Classics & Collectibles Inc. does not take any responsibility for return of the item.
Customer is responsible for shipping the item to California Classics & Collectibles inc. We recommend use of a traceable shipping service, as only proof of signature, by a California Classics & Collectibles inc. employee can serve as evidence of receipt.
WHAT CONDITION DOES THE ITEM HAVE TO BE IN?
Items returned must be in new and resalable condition in original packaging. Return will be back to the original form of payment, and will be processed within 14 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Any non-defective part returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Any item returned incomplete or damaged or not in original packaging will not be accepted for return and will be refused or sent back at customer's expense.
WHAT IF I REFUSE MY SHIPMENT?
If buyer refused shipment of an item, a 25% restocking fee will be charged once item is received in new and resalable condition.
WHAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain items CAN NOT be returned or cancelled. Because of the nature of special ordered items, California Classics & Collectibles inc. disclaims any guarantee of delivery date for these types of items and these items may take longer than normal for delivery. These include but are not limited to special order items including:
ALL Superchargers
Body Kits
Painted Parts / Body Components
Wheels / Tire Packages
Mounted / Balanced Wheels & Tires
Used Items
Non defective items that have been installed or used
Any item not in new or non-resalable condition
Signs and Collectibles.
